So, I was just offline for a few weeks. Pretty much every year I do this. November is mad-busy and I just have priorities outside of deviantArt. Coming back online I noticed a number of comments going "well another dead account", "is this inactive now", etc. I have always been quite blunt that I don't have the time, energy or inclination to be on deviantArt everyday. I've tried that stuff, it doesn't work for me. Yet, every time I take a period off from DA I feel like I'm punished for it. Oh, how DARE I take some time to deal with adult stuff. How awful how I cannot be on the internet 24/7 for people's entertainment. Honestly, the entitlement makes me angry. Imagine if someone who was addicted to social media had taken a break, felt really good about themselves then came back to that shit? It's no joke. Look, I'm sure there are folks out there with less manic schedules then mine who can be online all day everyday. That is not me, that never will be me. And coming back to all of that

I'm offline for a week moving house.

Hello all! So happy it's all been finalised. I didn't want to mention it because it hadn't been finalised. But I'm moving! I've had the keys today, the place is mine, all mine! The advantage I guess of moving from rented into a mortgage, there was no chain on either side, so things went fairly smoothly. Because I'm renting also, (or rather, I was) I have some time before my move out date to take all of my crap from one place to another. Today I got some help from family to move my bed and a few essential things across the Mersey. When can I call myself an official Liverpoolian? Or do folk from Liverpool cringe at the mere mention of the word? :P Yeah, anyway, moving from the Wirral into Liverpool proper now. I work in Manchester and it's recently been announced that I will now only be working from home one day a week (Wednesday). Liverpool offers a better commute for me then the Wirral. I'm glad now I still kept my commute in mind, despite working from home. I couldn't find anything
